By accessing and using Sabka Malik ("the Service"), operated by Nov8iv Solutions LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sabka Malik provides daily, personalized, AI-generated spiritual art delivered via WhatsApp. The Service involves processing user-provided information (including photos) using artificial intelligence models to create spiritual representations.

3. User Content & License

By providing photos ("User Content") to the Service, you grant Nov8iv Solutions LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and modify such content for the sole purpose of generating and delivering the Service's personalized output. You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions & Trial

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial, continued access to daily portraits may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Nov8iv Solutions LLP.

5. Use of AI Content

The Service uses generative artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI-generated art is for spiritual reflection and artistic purposes only. Nov8iv Solutions LLP does not guarantee the religious accuracy, theological validity, or personal satisfaction with any generated output.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Infringing upon any intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonating others using their unauthorized photos.
  • Designed to disrupt our services (spam, crawling, etc).

7. Limitation of Liability

Nov8iv Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any interpretations made based on AI-generated content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
